I do not believe that that dogs are born aggressive. There might be exceptions, certainly where by a dog has a tumour or is in regular discomfort, but usually, an aggressive puppy is basically the result of its surroundings and the owner's ineffective canine obedience instruction and lack of management in the pup's formative years.

Handlers who do not bother to instruct self control or reinforce the recall and make on their own far more rewarding than chasing squirrels.

•People who think it is correct to discipline their dogs by possibly shaking the heck out the scruff or by physically throwing the canine on its again and holding the animal down by the throat.
